The dishwasher door latch arrived on time. It is Maytag factory certified part, well packaged. It took me less than 10 minutes to install into my Jenn Air dishwasher. It works as expected. Very happy.

Quite inexpensive way to fix my Jenn-Air dishwasher (JDB1250AWS).Item was delivered in excellent conditions and replaced the broken one in no time. Actually, it took longer to unscrew the door panel!Very happy to see my dishwasher work again.

I failed to read the description carefully. The handle is the part that usually fails, and it is not sold separately. To get the latch assembly WITH a handle you must order part WPW10130695.Originally, Trible's sent me a completely different part, a face panel timer for a microwave. I returned that and they promptly refunded my money. I then ordered this a second time. It arrived today and I realized that I had ordered that part that does not include the handle. The family is starting to get really grumpy about not having a dish washer.

Ok so my dishwasher was stuck in the locked position, but the door was open. I did online research and all things pointed to this handle being the issue, so I ordered it, installed in like 10 minutes ( 6 screws) and it fixed the issue, i didn't have toi wait for the repair guy or pay a $75 service fee plus him having to order this part and installing and charging me another $150. so would do it again!

Exact replacement. Installs with ease. NOTE: This part works with BOTH doors that have an exterior handle and those that do not have the exterior handle but open by pulling on the door. I questioned this, but it is the correct part for both.

Purchased for the repair of our Jenn-Aire brand dishwasher and it works perfectly! This part does fit many brands so check your make & model at Repairclinic.com 1st to make sure it fits. Installation was 20 minutes max. Very easy install, just remove around 10 torques screws from the inside facing door edge, lift up, pop off electrical connections (use a screw driver to help pry if needed) & reinstall. This comes with both (two) electronic switches already attached, so no need to order the extra door switches. Easily saved a couple hundred dollars in service calls & repairs by an appliance repair company and it was very easy install. With Amazon Prime shipping it arrived very quickly.

Deceptive product presentation. DO NOT ORDER THIS PART. IT DOES NOT COME WITH THE PART THAT BREAKS - THE HANDLE. This is the second time this part has broken on my dishwasher. I managed to order the right part the first time by using this part number. Now, apparently, I have to order an "assembly." Really? My only mistake was not reading the reviews before ordering. It's apparent hey've stuck other customers, too, collected their shipping fees and their 20% restocking fee and left us with a dishwasher that was still broken. Probably the last time I'll order appliance parts from Amazon. Fool me once......

The door latch on my Jenn-Air failed and the door wouldn't stay latched anymore. Another website I found is excellent at directing you to the correct part for pretty much anything on the dishwasher. They also sell this part, but at a higher price. In fact, it is generally a good idea to shop around the internet for dishwasher parts in general, Costs vary considerably among vendors. This part was an exact match and a relatively easy do-it-yourself project, especially for someone like me who isn't mechanically inclined. Most time-consuming part was taking off the inner door panel and putting it back on. Other than that you just lift out the old latch, disconnect the wires from each side, connect them to the new latch, stick it in and put the door panel back on. 15-30 minutes, depending on how handy you are. It's been over a month and the latch works fine.Note: This latch is for dishwashers that do NOT utilize an external latch handle.
