Product is good but seller did not meet delivery date. (Two days late). They state that ground shipping is not guaranteed.May not be a big deal to some, but in the event you really need this item by a specific date you may want to look to a different seller. We had to spend a late night at a laundromat because item did not come by anticipated delivery date (and seller states they will not offer any credits back).

After troubleshooting I determined the control panel on my washer was defective. It was so convenient to be able to order the part from Amazon. Installed the new control panel assembly and was back in business.

Apparently this part is a common problem with these washers. Reasonably priced, quick delivery. Just a couple minutes to install. Works perfectly. Saved myself a bunch of money, if i replaced the entire washer.

We actually ordered this twice. The first time it worked amazing! Easy to replace as well. The second time we needed to replace it we did but still got an error code. It was different though. We returned the part and got a new washer. I highly recommend doing your research before buying. I really wish the second one had worked. I’m still grateful the first replacement worked and saved me at that time.

I was a little skeptical about ordering this part, for one I wasn’t 100% that was what was wrong with the Machine and two the seller did not take returns if the part did not work. I took the chances and ordered it and it came wrapped up in a box just like a new part should. Plugged it in and put the washer back together and plugged it up. The washer came up and everything is working as it should. The reason for four stars instead of five is that the seller does not take returns if it doesn’t fix your problem. Which I can see it from both sides.
