My daughter loves this clay. I love that it comes in a resealable container. The clay feels like a foam slime. It dries and holds shape but still feels soft. Takes about 2 days to dry completely. It can be painted. It is lightweight.

Honestly some of my favorite foam clay I have worked with, it holds details VERY well although you will still want to sculpt details a little deeper/defined than you want them on thicker areas in the end since they will spring back just a tiny bit (but this has this happen the least of the Amazon foam clays I have tried). I also like that for this giant tub of clay it is divided into several sealed bags so if you won't be using it all at once/in one project you won't have the rest dry out out between projects. I made some face 2 lady aura horns (ff14) and they hold the flat fine shape very well evey without support. Worked great for the job.

Great for big group art crafts/projects. Nice bright white with a big plastic airtight container. Comes with 3 individually sealed packages within the caddy to keep them fresher longer. Nice quality, easy to use and mold.

I have begun to save my five stars for items I truly love (everything about). This one earned them like it was nothing. From the amount of clay for the price to the amazing storage container, to the way it is packaged inside the container, I’m certain I’ll be a repeat customer in the future.First off, I love this type of clay. It is the exact same kind that I’ve been searching for that is like wht I received in a craft kit. Everyone asked me where did I get the clay and now I’m happy to point them to a link where they can order their own and so much more quantity. It’s so easy to work with. It doesn’t take too long for it to dry either. It works well in silicone molds and it’s easy to work with by hand to shape. It’s lightweight and easy to paint. This is also an excellent clay for kids to receive as a gift too.

I ordered this White Air Dry Foam Clay for Kids - 3.3 Pounds Soft Bulk Modeling Clay with Carrying Case for my grandson. My grandson has always enjoyed playing with clay and clay-like materials. He likes to make some of his creations permanent. He started with Play-Doh but, as you've probably learned, it is very fragile when left to air dry. This air dry clay can be molded into any shape and will hold that shape as it dries. Once it is dry, it is very light and almost feels like foam. It can then be painted. You get a good amount of clay in this tub. And, the clay is split into 3 pieces, each in its own zip lock bag. In other words, the entire tub of clay won't harden if your child leaves the top off so long as the remaining bags of clay are left intact.

This is 3lbs of air dry clay and a neat little box for a very affordable price. Need I say more? The first package arrived with a damaged box. Since that's half the reason I bought this, I did a swap out and the second arrived in great condition. Each pound of clay is in a resealable plastic bag. Perfect. I want to use this to make a lot of miniature things for craft projects so the light weight is a great bonus. I love to do book nooks. I usually use oven-bake clay, but it adds so much weight to the project. On this next work I have a lot of small pieces to make and I was worried that the clay would just fall off. Since this weight next to nothing, I don’t have to worry! And once I paint it and give it a gloss coat, you won’t even know the difference!I’m actually using this for fine art and crafting, but really, at this price – let the kids go at it. This stuff is so much fun to play with. This is also the foam that comes in the paw-print keepsake ornament kits you see around the holidays. So go at it! Just roll it out on foil or wax paper and wet anything you don’t want to stick to it. Make your kids handprint or your pets paw print (dip their paw in water first). If it looks bad, squish it up and reroll to do it again. Once you are happy, grab anything round (glass, bowl, cookie cutter) and dip that in water then use it to cut out your new keepsake. If you need a hole for hanging, dip a straw in water and use that to make your hole. Then let it dry!I paint mine with enamel paint for model cars. I paint the print one color and a contrasting color for the rest. (Think red paw print on metallic gold circle). They look fantastic! I’ve done ones for my cats and my family’s pets as well. When they’re white, they don’t look great. But with enamel paint and a few tiny jinglebells on the ribbon, people are amazed. It looks luxury, you just need the right paints, ribbons, and accessories. And the best part? It weight nothing! Hang it on the tree and even the flimsiest branch is fine! You couldn’t get two of those kits for this price! Do you read need them to give you a cheap circle cutter and ugly ribbon when you could churn out twenty with this kit? No, you don’t. Don’t forget the name and year on the back!

This is a great value for the money you get a ton of this air dry clay. It's not good for delicate,,dollhouse scale projects but its great for larger scale lityle sculptures. It takes paint beautifully and you can even gently sand it down first for a smooth finsh.
