It makes light decent cosplay armor if you can shape it with cuts and glue. Finish it off by filling the gaps with putty. So it works for me. Not great for shaping with heat, bubbles and wilts.

I used the 1mm Sintra board to make armor for a cosplay running outfit. It was the perfect width for bend-ability and comfort since I was running a half marathon in the outfit. It would be perfect also for anyone just getting into cosplay to work with an easy medium.
