First, this would have been a 5 star item if the description were not dishonest.They say that it's made in the USA in the description but that's just for the plaques. The actual mailbox is made in China (see pic).They also say that it requires assembly "SIMPLE ASSEMBLY REQUIRED - Two keyhole-style mounting holes make for easy installation. Includes installation instructions and mounting hardware.". However this implies that the only thing you need to do is mount it but that's not true. The plaques are separate from the mail box and you need to mount them with double sided tape.I could have gotten almost the same thing (made in china mailbox and custom plaques) at my local hardware store for about half the price. However I choose to buy this one strictly because it was "Made In The USA" which it was not.
