We love the sound of the bell and it's quite heavy and sturdy. Only complaint is no screws were included to mount and I wish when you buy somethingin "BLACK" the MFG would include screws.

DING Ding! A country dinner bell that is just the right size and the perfect sound to call the kids in from distant areas. You'll have to provide the mounting screws, but the aluminum bell is light, well constructed and very charming.

I am pretty happy with this bell. It is loud enough for my kids to hear down the street. The only Issue is the location or size of the ringer. It is hard to get it to hit the side just right. I can't ring it ding, ding, ding really fast like i want to which is why only 4 stars. Other than that it looks great, sounds great and was super easy to install. It did not come with mounting screws, luckily I had some black screws to match.

I like this bell and it was reasonably priced for the quality of the sound. I like the sound of it and it is sturdy and attached easily to our house (we had to provide our own screws). We use it as a dinner bell for my children who are now old enough to roam beyond our yard. My one disappointment was that the pain was already scratching off by the time I got it out of its packaging. So to prevent rust I sprayed it with matte-finish rustoleum and so far (a few months in) it looks good.

Received the bell within a week, packing was good, it arrived safe and sound. The bell is attractive, made well, and has a nice sound. My home is on half an arce and at times it's hard to find my husband, I just ring the bell and he is there in a jiffy, with dinner still warm. It will great when I have large crowds and it time to eat, I'll just the bell!! I wanted one for a long time and so happy I finally order one and a good choice too!!
