It did not come with the 2 terminal receptacle with .093 male pins as shown and described.It did come with 2 ceramic twist on connectors.Luckily I have .093 male pins to retrofit what I received to the product as advertised.The black igniter portion as shown is different than the one i replaced (and others I have used in the past). But it functions correctly.

Very pleased with the product itself. The reason for the 4 star rating is only because we ordered two of the White Rodgers 767a-361 Hot Surface Ignitors and one was broken when we received it. We returned the broken one and was reimbursed promptly. We will order a few more of these items to have on hand.
