Segmenting the laundry as we go, alleviates the big job of sorting it all on laundry day. Also, when a section is full, a load is ready. We don't do laundry day. Rather, we do laundry when a load is ready to be done. This makes laundry so much easier than the way we were doing it years ago. We've been using this hamper for many years. I replace it probably once per year. Wet towels make their way into the bin, which can create mold.

I use this for sorting work clothes and linens, three different piles that accumulate at different rates. It's a really sturdy little device that holds just enough to be useful. The hamper is pretty light, and there should be a rigid bar or snap to keep it unfolded, but it works well as is. For the price I am pleased, and use it constantly. No signs of wear or coming apart and it looks nice.

There is no assembly needed. After including a video in the photo line up singing the praises of this 70+ year old American company etc, my laundry sorter came with a torn handle and the tiny words on the back of the packaging “Made in China.” It’s nice that it folds up in case you want to take it somewhere, but it won’t stand open flat on the floor on its own once opened up. The advertising pictures are deceiving. My husband cut some cardboard to fit in the bottom of each bin to try to keep it standing up and open in my laundry closet but the ends still collapse in toward the center when it’s empty so he’s still working on that. If it wasn’t the perfect size I need for the limited space available, I would send it back but he’s handy so I think he’ll make it work. If not, back it goes.

It’s very small, each section does not hold even half a basket of laundry, no structure really so doesn’t stay standing.

Please look at the dimensions of this items, it was a lot smaller than I anticipated and it doesn't have any support to keep it open and standing.I would not repurchase as I was looking for a larger laundry hamper.

Smaller than expected, no cardboard for the base to keep the structure. However, the item is still helpful and I am happy with it

I wanted a segmented hamper for a specific, fairly small place in my closet. I was putting off laundry because sorting it was a project in itself. This allows me to sort by category (I do delicate work items, loungewear I might reuse, and workout clothes/underwear/socks). The material feels a little flimsy, but this isn’t something that should be stuffed to the brim. So far it has helped me immensely! Something to point out: I live in an apartment and I have a small washer and dryer. If you have a larger washing machine, you could probably put all three segments into one load (That’s about the size of it).

No tools required, Foldable Laundry basket. Each Basket is fairly large and its very easy to fold and store under the bed/ side of the laundry machine when not in use. Its also very light but made with a very sturdy fabric that prevents ripping. It is perfect for someone who like to have compartments for their laundry but not want a huge metal rack basket taking up huge parts of a room.

I don't have a very deep closet so these were great room savers! We have a wide shallow closet with bifold doors and these fit perfectly on either side of our closet without getting in the way of the doors. I like how easy they are to move and the sections make it easy to keep dirty laundry sorted. Makes laundry that much easier! They hold quite a bit of clothes even though it doesn't look like it. The quality is good too. It's soft sided, but once fully opened, it stands up on its own.

I wish it was taller. I liked the colour and the style and everything was great......except the size. It needed to be another 6-10 inches taller. I returned it as I just couldnt make it work for me
