They posted this to me without one of the parts needed to assemble the cart. Now I have a load of useless metal lying around my house. Very disappointed.

Very pleased with this cart. It was simple to put together (thanks to previous customer's advice)....I had no difficulty and I am a female who is not really technically minded but managed. The little wrench was helpful in the last couple of twists. There was only one extra set of brackets so none for the top of the car, but I'm sure it will serve my purposes and I want it to just hold pots and pans beside my stove in a very small apt. kitchen. Good unit and I would recommend it to anyone who wants an affordable yet attractive and sturdy shelf rack.

I want to point out something many are unaware of. typical to this type of rack system; when designed for mobility the shelves are designed 'upside down' that is; the sides go UP from the shelf level so there is a 1" LIP on all sides (to keep say some onions or cans or boxes) from falling off while being moved. I was planning to use the self as stationary shelves and that was going to be a problem. Then i re-engineered the design to be much more useful for my purpose.I set four of the rods aside, put the three shelves very close together (for storing the likes of pyrex 13x9x2 baking pan), i installed the bottom rods in the unit upside down and bought some ¼-20 eye bolts and put them in the now TOP of each corner. Then i found some studs in the wall, screwed in some lag type eye-bolts and used some nice heavy stainless chain to each of the four corners to each of the four eye-bolts in the wall using some cut-out links from the same chain (vs s-hooks; looks much cleaner).so now rather than spending $90 for a purpose-built pot rack that is nearly identical, mine cost $30 and i have THREE levels. I will upload a picture or two to showcase the solution.update: i did in-fact upload and NOTE very detailed photos for anybody wishing to copy me. I will be making a second copy of the pot rack for my mother soon. Also, since i ended up with four spare rods, i found the perfect use for them. legs for my son's built-in bed. drilling holes into the edge of some 5/4th decking board and it made a perfect support beam.UPDATE: 21 may 15I recently had to relocate my pot rack when i bought a new fridge. I re-oriented it wide vs narrow and wow it's a big improvement I actually ca to 'take off a star' because so many people mentioned distain about the top shelf not being flat and a microwave won't work on the microwave rack but this rack it NOT SOLD AS A MICROWAVE RACK and there is no claim to the contrary other than the photos indicating that the shelving is 'upside down' of a normal stationary rack.. the five stars remain. Best pot-rack EVER.If i could find the wheels i never used and confirmed they suck as bad as other reviewers mentioned i'd take off a star but i can't find them so i can't comment accurately about them. I just added a new photo with the rack in it's new home; take note of the way i put on the frypans; with the larger in the middle; it works WAY better that way than all the same way small-to-large.-awr

I recently broke my foot in an accident and unable to walk on it, using crutches. I was faced with many difficulties, one important one was getting food and dishes to the dinette table from the kitchen, and return of dirty dishes. Even getting a cup of coffee to the table or my recliner was impossible, walking on crutches. I began looking for a rolling cart that would fill this need and right away found this one on Amazon. I could not believe the low cost, and how it was exactly what I was looking for. I ordered it on a Monday night at 10:00 pm. I received it on the following Wednesday, 10 am. Less than two days! I couldn't believe how expensive carts of this type were now until I began searching onlne for one. Similar carts of this type cost over four times the price of this one on Amazon on any other site, and didn't include free shipping, as this one did. I couldn't find any that came anywhere near the low price Amazon had on this cart. I ordered it right away as I've never been dissatisfied with ANYTHING I ordered from Amazon, even on items that were necessary to return, the problem was always resolved quickly. With their customer service, I receive a live English speaking person anytime I called that were always able and eager to help me satisfactorily.Actually I expected a much lower quality of the cart than it really is. It is very heavy duty, and all chome parts that were nicely welded and finished beautifully. Even sitting in a chair in one position, I opened the box, packed very well, and had the cart put together in 10 minutes. I had even read all the customer reviews on the cart which were all positive. I learnead in one of the reviews that some particular parts (the four connecting joints of the legs) that were called for in the instructions, were actually already attached to one side of the part of the leg. The instructions did not indicate this and I was initially looking everywhere for the parts, thinking I would not get to use the cart right away after all. Then I remembered the review that told of this part already being connected to one side, and when I unwrapped the legs, it was indeed connected to that part. The cart is much heavier duty than I expected and very sturdy. The roller wheels were not like the much more expensive ones, but worked well for the cart. They were not rough on the eges as a couple of the reviews stated, and needed to be sanded down. (If this ever was a problem, it had already been corrected.) It serves my needs well and I'm extremely pleased with it, AND further pleased by the fast work on the part of Amazon. I ordered this around 10 pm, and had a reply about an hour later than the order had been fulfilled and was being shipped and gave the estimated delivery date, including the tracking number. I had the cart exactly on the date listed, even though I was almost sure it was over estimated!I know this ia a long article for one small cart. But I can't say enough about getting such a suprisingly good piece of merchandise so quickly with Amazon's usual fast service! I would reccommend the cart to anyone needing anything of this type. And I would always recommend ordering through Amazon, as I always feel safe and secure with them. I have already thought of uses for at least a couple more of the carts, and ordering them now that I've seen it.....computer room for scanner, printer, ect., laundry room, book shelves, etc. Thanks again, Amazon!
