I’ve been a Whoop user since the 3.0, and once I switched to this band style with the Whoop 4.0, I haven’t gone back. These bands are a huge improvement over the standard fabric ones—way more comfortable and noticeably more hygienic.No matter how much you sweat or how hard you train, they don’t trap odor or cause itching like the regular bands do (even when you wash them regularly). If you work out frequently or wear your Whoop all day, this is a total game-changer. Well worth it.
