do not buy from this seller!! the item came defective with some screws missing threading! the chair was not sturdy at all one of the legs didnt even touch the floor. my package came broken and yet i have to pay to buy a new nox to return it?! when trying to return and get refund they will not give u full refund(i paid over 450 and they were trying to only give me 40$) they wont provide prepaid label to return it!!!, and when contacting them they do not provide solutions. do NOT buy from here!

I normally refrain from writing negative reviews. But in this case, I think all potential buyers should be aware of the seller. The product arrived around three weeks ago and when my husband and I began putting it together, we realized there was a major manufacturing defect, the slots into which the nuts need to be screwed into did not have any threading. We immediately contacted the seller and made them aware of the issue. The seller offered us very little help. They suggested we buy tools to fix the problem on our end. It would’ve made sense if it was one chair out of the six, but in this case, all six chairs were defective. Each chair takes 16 nuts, in total we were looking at fixing 96 slots. That meant our personal time and effort had to go into remediating a manufacturing defect. The next solution by the seller was to return the item and we would be shipped a new piece. The problem with that was, we were supposed to pay for return shipment, which was amounting to more than $600, as the product is bulky and heavy. The seller refused to pay any cost of the return shipment. For the past three weeks I have been going back-and-forth with the seller and I still don’t have a solution. I’ve learnt my lesson and I just wanted to make all potential buyers aware of situations and sellers like these.

This set is so beautiful, came well packed. The product is very sturdy. When I took the table legs out of the box they had some rust on them therefore I hope this item can withstand rain and all. The description states the set can hold in high temperatures. I live in the valley let’s see how Arizona weather will do. So far I’m happy with this purchase. You only have to screw in the legs for the chairs, most of the work is really the table
