These are probably the lightest-duty version of a hose clamp I have seen, but they worked. Chairs with a central tube where height can quickly be adjusted use a sealed tube in their mechanism. As they age, they start to leak, requiring readjustment over and over. I put this hose clamp as a "stop" around the tube that moves into the other. Result, a nice office chair FIIXED in a couple of minutes.

These were great for what I needed them for. I broke one by over, tightening it. So be gentle they’re not the highest quality, but they work.

Narrower and flimsier than I expected. Bought them because I wanted a knob. The knobs on these are barely adequate. Yet, even though I would have liked a sturdier product, they worked for my need (connecting a dishwasher drain hose where it was virtually impossible to use a wrench or nut-driver).
