Battery sucks - camera has terrible recognition and is constantly sending us alerts that someone is in front of our door (it’s a street sign). Don’t waste your money.

The Dhiedas WiFi Door Lock is a great upgrade for home security. Setup was simple, and the app control works flawlessly. The fingerprint scanner is quick and accurate. Battery life seems good so far. A solid choice for anyone looking for a smart, keyless entry solution!

I bought two for both entrances, the picture is great. Now, it will take you a while to figure out how to program it. This is a chinese product and the programming instructions are not correct. To program it, you hold down the house icon with the check mark on the right, and it will activate the menu. If you want to program the lock to open with your fingerprint, you have to very softly place your finger on the reader. Careful, it is very sensitive and if you repeatedly place your finger on the reader, every time it will create a new user. So you will end up with 10 users when you only need ONE. Now, do not subscribe to have the cloud keep a surveillance of your place, it doesn't work. I paid $69 to have year round surveillance and they could not set it up. I'm requesting a refund for the cloud service. But if you want to see who is outside your door when they ring the bell, that it will do!

The smart lock is great. It is elegant , quiet and fast, very easy to install and works very good . So far I really like the auto-lock feature, and you can lock or unlock the door from anywhere. Overall I am very happy that I got it. Still need to see how is the battery life . It is built pretty sturdy, and easy to set up, easy to use.

Before placing an order, I browsed through many websites for smart door locks and was full of expectations for this one. So, I made up my mind to buy it. You know, I am someone who often forgets things. When I go out, I always forget to bring the door key because my home's door is a regular lock that requires a key to open. Many times it is locked outside the door, and without a key, I cannot enter the house. I have to spend a lot of time waiting for my family to come back before entering. I am very frustrated that this smart door lock solves this problem. I want to thank this smart door lock! It has provided me with great convenience. First of all, the installation process is super simple. Just remove the old door lock and install it according to the old lock hole. There are professional instructions and pictures provided for guidance. You can also scan the QR code on the instructions with your phone to watch videos. It's that simple. Secondly, it does not have complicated setup procedures and can be operated by watching videos on the phone. It is a multifunctional door lock that supports multiple unlocking modes, including fingerprint, password, key, and smartphone applications. It also has an integrated camera and intercom function. This also includes the ability to see the remaining capacity of your battery on your phone. Even if you run out of battery capacity, don't worry about not being able to turn it on. You just need to charge the power bank through an external port to turn it on. I now use my fingerprint to open it, which is such a simple, practical, and user-friendly design. I have been using it for a long time and it is still so sturdy and durable. I really like it. This is a great New Year's gift! Upgraded my current lock to this smart lock. What a great upgrade. One of the best upgrades for a house!! Super easy to install. Programming was easy using their app. No issues whatsoever. Love the fact that everyone in the family can use their fingerprint to open the door was a god send. No more having to carry keys and looking for it when I get home. I have a Ring doorbell but the camera on the lock is just another extra security measure. This is one great door lock. Highly recommended.
