Edit:I reached out to customer service and they replaced my air conditioner. The whole process was easy and painless. So I’m changing my review! Hopefully this one works longer!!If I could give 0 stars, I would. Bought in July, it’s now February and it comes on, but nothing blows out. Piece of junk.

ACHAZEL 6000 BTU Window Air Conditioner is my best purchase this summer for extreme heat; I did not use the Wifi option, since it is in the bedroom and the bedside remote works just fine; the unit makes a low hum, which does not affect my sleep; the breeze coming out the unit is more than sufficient, even at low speed; the cooling effect is instant; the installation was simple, and did not need any extra attachments to my window; i don't have any water collecting in unit; the auto or economy button shuts off unit after reaching set temperature; at 108 outside temps, my room is cozy cool, working better than my home cooling system; really, i am so happy to have this AC unit for day or night use.

Unit works great and does the job it was made for. Not super quiet but not obnoxiously noisy. Can finally sleep well, it's very humid and warm here in eastern Kentucky. Due to the high humidity, the pan collected enough water within 24hrs to submerge part of the fan that spins on the external side. The unit leans to the outside of the house as instructed, doesn't drain very well for this area. It does however drain great now that I drilled a small hole in the bottom left corner, about 2 inches in from the rear and left side. No more fan smacking the pool lol. Great unit.PS, we have 2 of these and they both didn't drain very well, prior to drilling a drain hole. Would absolutely buy another if we needed it.

This air conditioner exceeded my expectations. It kept me cool all through the summer. In fact, I had an issue with my refrigerator and was only able to conserve my milk, eggs, butter, etc by placing it right next to this amazing contraption. My room was literally an icebox.
