A: We suggest that after setting up successfully, please move this WiFi extender on the halfway between your router and your weak signal area.The location that you choose must be within the range of your existing WiFi router network.
Q2:Does this Extender will reduce my wifi speed?
A: The WiFi extender is used to extend the WiFi range( which your main router WiFi can't cover ) lt does not increase WiFi speed.Sometimes, the WiFi speed may reduce due to external influences, such as microwave oven or thick wall. We suggest you place it at different position for a better signal.
Q3: What can I do if I cannot access the web management page?
A: There are many kinds of reasons caused this situation.Please try the methods below to log in again:
(1)Make sure your phone/PC is connected to its wireless

(2).Or open your browser on your phone/PC, enter 192.168.16.1 in the
address bar to set up.
(3)If you still can’t access the web page, please reset the extender,
then connect your computer or smartphone to its wireless

Q4: What is the password for setting up the extender?
A: When you connect "Wifi Extender xxxx” ,there is no need to enter the
password, you can connect it directly.
After setting up, when you connect to the new extended network, the password is the same as your root router password.
Q5: How to reset the WiFi extender?
A: Plug in the extender and wait about 30s, then press and hold the Reset button for 5 seconds, the Power LED flashes quickly,and the machine restores to the factory mode.
