Like the other reviewer wrote, the head is not magnetized. But I got it anyway because I like the slender form factor. I was able to overcome the lack of a magnetized head because I will only be using single ended bits and had some tiny neodymium magnets lying around. The head looks like it may have been made for double ended bits so I stuck a few at the bottom of the hex head. Afterwards, I can consistently get a single ended bit to stay put in the driver's head.

The tip that holds the bids doesn't have a magnet nor holds the bids in place so they just fall off.
