Use at work. This is the third I’ve bought. After many uses it does seem to fall apart but I assume it’s normal wear and tear. We use ours for a high volume restaurant.

I have had this product for a week and it is already broke. This is the 2nd time I have ordered these carafe's. They break so easy. The last ones lasted about maybe 6months. This one last 7 days.

This is a sturdy air pot. I have dropped it several times even onto concrete and it didn't break at all. It's pump is exceptional. My only complaint is that I don't think it keeps coffee hot as long as glass-lined air pots. I bought this one with a stainless steel liner because I went through two other air pots with glass liners, in just a few months, because dropping them broke the glass liners. I sometimes warm up it up for 15 minutes or so by putting in hot or boiling water. Doing that does keeps contents hotter longer. It is nice to always have my favorite coffee with me. It also saves me money because it keeps me out of the expensive drive thru coffee shops.

Nice dispenser , keeps coffee hot for about six hours, however I do preheat mine first, always have so its suits my needs nicely. I would buy this again.

Quality construction (commercial grade, I think). Keeps coffee steaming for at least 1/2 a day if primed with hot water. No glass liner to break and easy to clean.

A real professional coffee server, that keeps things hot for about 6hours. I have a microwave if the coffee is not hot enough. You season this just like any thermos bottle and the pump mechanism works beautifully. holds 102 ounces of whatever you want to use in it. It pumps out almost every drop of the beverage you are serving. All stainless inside and out. Got mine through the warehouse and it was perfect
