I have moderate hearing loss and wear hearing aids. I serve as a judge, and over time it has become increasingly difficult to hear people appearing before me and speaking through the public address system. The Court has a PPA R37, and it works very well. I decided to buy a PPA R37 for my personal use. The first one I purchased worked for a time and then quit. I sent it back and got a replacement. The replacement worked for a very brief time, but now it will not even turn on. The unit has new batteries. It is operating in the same courtroom as the one owned by the court. It is using the Williams headset that came with the unit. There is no discernible reason why it is not working. I know that I am using it properly because I am accustomed to using the unit owned by the court. I guess it is now too late to return it for another replacement. I have become skeptical that a third unit would be functional. When the PPA R37 works, it is a great aid. However, based on my experience with its quality, I would not recommend it.

My order was not complete. Looks as if it had been used. Only the receiver was included. Not wrapped well. Not in a box. No batteries and NO Headphones. Very, Very Disappointed. Returning.

They're simple and they work. Sound is not quite as clear as a Listen system, but minimal difference.

The product is a good one. We ordered 3 of them. However, despite the product description statement that it comes with headphones, two of them came with a single earbud, which is not what we need. We returned them but do not feel confident that ordering again will solve this problem. The product description is incorrect and misleading. We would order again if we could be assured that they DO come with headphones.

Reception is clear, no static, plenty of volume range. Users have given the Personal PA high marks and are very pleased with there huge improvement over the previous TV Ear system.

This product performs flawlessly and is being used with a Williams Sound transmitter that is three generation older. Williams Sound is a great product to assist people with hearing difficulties or acoustic issues in public places. This product is being used in a church where people with hearing loss are being assisted with this type of product. This purchase was to add an additional unit for capacity. We have been using Williams Sound products for over 20 years and it has performed perfect and is still in service.
