Good product but not wrapped well, needs more bubble wrap in inside box and more paper in outer box to keep cup from bouncing around.Replacement ordered.Replacement mug was immediately sent an arrived in tact. I appreciate the quick response.

Bought as Christmas gift for my husband he is going to love this as he is a big fan of willie nelson, also he is a massive tea drinker this mug is a good size for a man, great design and the mug says it all as related to one of his songs whiskey river, would recommend buying this its great.

The finish is not typical paint used for mugs; it feels a little pliable. Not sure how they did that! Don't scratch it when cleaning the mug. High quality picture of Willie Nelson with the phrase "Always On My Mind" on the other side. My first mug arrived with the handle broken off, but another was quickly sent out and was perfect.
