I wear 36x30" elastic waist pants. I ordered the large version of these baseball pants. They're a little tight on the waist, but it's tolerable. Length wise they're just about right as long as I'm wearing shoes. Otherwise they fall under my heels.

I was in need of a comfortable pair of softball pants, and these have 'fit the bill' perfectly (even though my name isn't Bill). They allow for movement (from the shortstop position) and meet the current standards of 'softball fashion' with the 'long loose look'. Anyone looking for a good pair of playing pants should give these a try.

My son needs to replace his baseball pants on a regular basis (he's a junior in high school). These men's size small fit him perfectly. He hasn't reached full height yet and is currently 5"7" and has really strong thighs. These pants fit him well in both length and the seat.

My teen son loves the relaxed fit. The looser cut is more comfortable for his muscular build, but might be too baggy for very thin players. Fabric is light weight but very durable, and resists most clay stains. We've been buying these pants for years, same great quality!
