Hey Wilson! Why don't your ball hold air?

This is indeed a mini size basketball. My 6 year old has fun using this with his little tikes net but goes for the Jr size ball when playing on a regular net.

There is a hole in the ball, causing it to lose air over time. So we have to refill it every time my kids use it. Annoying and impractical. I didn't notice until I'd already thrown away the packaging, otherwise I'd return it.

This ball doesn't hold it's air. The ball will lose its air and bounce within the hour of pumping it back up. I will I reported this before the return window but from the day we received it, it was never able to retain its air

I liked the basketball, only complaint is that when it arrived, it was flat. I had to borrow a pump to pump it up and I hope that it holds the air! It was still ok 4 days later.

This is a decent rubber 7" size 3 mini basketball that has already lasted a few years worth of light outdoor use at our home. It holds air well, is plenty bouncy, and it held its shape relatively well for a while, though mine is now slightly lop-sided (although it still bounces fairly predictably at this point). I would generally recommend it, but I personally feel that Spalding's eight-buck ball has a slightly more premium look and feel --despite one disgruntled reviewer's claim to the contrary (claiming that all size 3 rubber balls are equally crappy). The Wilson's price here today is slightly high, as I don't think it's worth more than the Spalding, though I can't recall what I paid locally a few years ago.

The Wilson NCAA Mini Rubber Basketball, Orange/Navy is very nice. A lot of Mini Basketballs are cheaply made and don't last very long. The Wilson NCAA Mini Rubber Basketball does not feel cheap or look cheap. It looks and feels like a regulation basketball only smaller. This is the second summer this ball has seen. So far it has been great. Kids love it! As an adult our friends and family have also enjoyed it. During summer cookouts it has been slammed, jammed & used extensively in Mini Hoop games with adults and children. Other than normal wear and adding some air after it sat all winter we have had no issues with it.
