I made a cheesecake in this pan and it came out perfect! Didn't stick or leak. Clean up was a breeze.

This did great for baking purposes! The non-stick coating probably isn't healthy (silicone polyester, according to the Wilton site) but there's not enough data to demonstrate either way. My gripe is that it's not very practical or possible to dry every aspect of this pan - the metal is rolled (out of necessity) and not even a q-tip can access the area where water will sit and create rust. I eventually did get all the rust off but now I'm going to have to be very cautious about drying so it's usable. That's an inconvenient step that I generally don't have to take living in an arid climate!

Bought the same size grease proof paper to go with it. Used it a few times. Easy to wash.

I used this to make my holiday Eggnog cheesecake. My crust baked perfectly as well as the cake. Spring pan did an awesome job releasing and cleaning.

Difficile da trovare. Sto cercando da tempo degli stampi da dolce in alluminio ma con cerniera apribile è veramente un'impresa. Preso questo, robusto e in alluminio. Non ancora usato, ma soddisfatta del prodotto, rapporto qualità prezzo e velocità di consegna.

Después de 3 meses de tenerlo y habiendolo usado en 2 ocasiones , la base se ha deformado ligeramente con lo cual no queda unida perfectamente a la base y la masa se me ha salido por un lado así que he tenido que poner el molde sobre una fuente y se ha desbordado un poco . Me encantan los productos Wilton pero este no ha resultado bueno.

2 moules commandés, les moules ne sont pas stables (ils bougent, de quoi faire des gâteaux de travers). très déçue car je m'attendais à une parfaite finition (sans raccord et stable surtout) de la part d'une marque de grande renommée... retour des produits...dommage la matière en aluminium anodisé avait l'air très bien.

hello,I have tried several times now this is the last one .I have purchased 3different times the Wilton 10" springform pan and they leak out all over my oven I have tried every thing but I will not buy another Wilton I had one years ago and it was great but that got lost moving and have not been able to replace it your standards are not as good I don't want apan that leaks and gives me extra work plus no cakeso I will not buy another Wilton cake pan or anything and will not recommrnd it to anyone SORRY
