This pan cooked my pie very evenly. Perfect for baking pies! No soft bottom like my other pan produced.

Sturdy, great size, nice and solid, exactly what I was looking for and needed. My one little complaint - and the reason they got 4 stars instead of 5 - is they really need to think about putting the stickers on the BOTTOM of the pans instead on the top inner surface. It wouldn't be a problem if they used that sort of glue where you can easily peel the sticker off. What they use is the glue that defies soaking, scrubbing, scraping. The paper part of the sticker comes off but the layer of glue? Uh-uh. It took a steel scouring pad, Barkeeper's Friend and a gallon of elbow grease to finally get that glue off, scratching the surface of the pans as a result.

These are a generous size with deep sides. The weight is great and the finish gives a great golden bake.

A bit heavier than I anticipated, but it's the real deal....when washing it, water will get into the lip of the pan and some black stuff will come out if you don't drain it each time. Maybe best not to submerge into dish water...that way water will not get inside that lip

I don't use this for pies. I use it as a tray for reheating foods in the oven and it works great in that respect. Quality is good and it doesn't warp.
