This skillet is made from 3.5mm thick 3003 series aluminum alloy designed to withstand daily use in a commercial restaurant kitchen. This 7" skillet features the QUANTUM2® non-stick finish that prevents food from sticking to the pan requiring little to no oil. The QUANTUM2® non-stick finish bonds directly to the aluminum creating a non-stick finish that is highly scratch resistant and superior to consumer-grade non-stick coatings. The handle is reinforced and riveted in place for a secure grip and long-lasting durability. A hanging hole in the handle allows this skillet to be hung for convenient storage. This fry pan is compatible with gas and electric ranges. Lid sold separately. Hand wash recommended. NSF listed.

I returned one of these pans with damage to the side, as pictured, and a bad place in the non-stick finish of the interior. This one just the damage to the side. I guess I’ll keep it. There was no indication that these pans were seconds.

Has a rolled rim. I prefer straight cut rim for flat cover I have.

Perfect size for frying eggs. Solid construction, thick walled, even heat distribution. Only thing I would change would be to coat the handle with silicone so it would not just be bare metal. That said, it's still easy to not burn yourself if you make a habit of holding the handle by the distal end.
