Outer box was totally fine but inside it was bent almost completely sideways. I tried to gently bend it back but the spot weld snapped, the coating at the crux of the bend is flaked off and it is essentially unusable. Design looks good for my needs (hot sauce etc for dining table) so I've requested a replacement.

Perfect gift for sister-in-law. Ihad a similar one & she covetedit. Mine is thicker, but holds myoils & other things. Got her bamboolazy susan to put it on. She hadbeen looking for one. She was thrilled.
