This is one of the best stickers on the planet. Everyone knows I went to school in Pennsylvania. That makes me a damn Yankee in the south. Many still ask if I was molested by an assistant football coach. That did not happen. Jerry must have considered me too old during my years on campus.

This sticker ended up falling off after I had it on my car window for a few days exactly like it is displayed in the picture. item does not look like how it is pictured there is a large clear square around the emblem that does not make it look nice.

It is not in a circle, it has a square kind of clear border around it that is noticeable. I cut it so that only the Penn state logo showed. So just be aware of that.

It's not a cling, it is a decal. I should have been able to tell from the picture, but hope sprang eternal, and I thought the wording "cling" was pretty unambiguous. A "cling" works by static electricity and can be stuck on the inside of the window to be seen from outside. A sticker is sticky, like this thing, and can only be applied on one side, the outside. It's too small and cheap to return, so I will find some use for it.
