Item arrived packaged kinda poorly, paper envelope with the sign just thrown inside. Sign is not actually anything but a thin piece of plastic. Print of Virginia Ave has some pixels. Scratched across the “NIA” and is obvious. Returning due to scratches (resulting from poor QC or packaging?)
