I found the replacement parts to be very good quality with everything you need. The instructions ,however, were lacking. The included written instructions seem very abbreviated/incomplete. The video instructions on Amazon's site not very helpful. It was too fast and seemed like chopped off too much. I tried looking on YouTube but didn't find anything for this particular kit. I was eventually able to put it together and it looks very nice.

All of my windchimes needed to be restrung and all wooden pieces needed to be replaced. I've been repairing them for years. I'm so glad I found this kit. I just finished restringing my first windchime (24" Woodstock Windchime) and it came out really nice. The video is very helpful.

We lost our father to cancer nearly 8 years ago and received 5 sets of wind chimes as gifts (one for each child and one for my mom). Needless to say, the weather took its toll and I was happy to find these replacement parts that work great and look beautiful! They’re very sentimental and we’re so pleased. Instructions (and video) were easy to follow. Would recommend.

I was trying to reconstruct an old chime which had been inadvertently cut into pieces when tangled with another one. The top piece was in really bad shape.This design is somewhat different and the top piece smaller. It was difficult to rethread but two tools are provided. I drilled the holes a little larger which helped and the picture and instructions were very helpful.Took about a week to get the job done.

Family members had received a windchime in memorial of a passing several years ago and it had weathered. I bought this replacement kit and was not only amazed at the quality of the wood but the ease of re-making the original! As a bonus, I was able to attach the original sail at the bottom! It's beautiful again! So happy!!

Gave only 4 stars because I was limited to only one size. Restrung my older windchimes with ease comes with everything you need to restring chimes. Highly recommend.
