It's fairly thick and does the job but you may want to have better tape to hold it in position

Replaced the old worn out accordian window gap filler for the window ac unit. Looks great and keeps outside air and bugs out.

The foam is thin and flimsy, it gets dirty very easily, and the provided sealing tape is a different color from the foam. This all adds up to an unsightly insulation setup. Buy something else...

The double tape is crap. Doesn't hold it and the white tape that was added is weak as well.You will have to get your own, duck tape is best I feel. I'm not sure how it holds up in rain since we didn't have it yet since I installed. Overall it does look leaner over the side skirt.

It’s very flimsy and thin hard to work with and did not do the job waste of money I would have returned it but i cut it lol to try and use it and it wasn’t sturdy at all the wind can move it and the tape was like glue and made such a mess I gave it 3 stars because it would look nice if it wasn’t so flimsy

This window sealing kit comes as a full roll of foam and you cut it to fit your window air conditioner. It is fairly easy to work with and they include a roll of double sided tape and a roll of sealant tape. It is pretty effective at blocking the hot air from coming in and keeping the cold air inside. I find it works pretty well but seems a bit pricey but it works so I'm torn on the price. This is perfect for the gaps around my kitchen window air conditioner that has lots of gaps around it as it doesn't quite fit the window properly.
