I got it because my floor space is limited and thought going up would be great. The problem with this is the sides are narrow so hanging plants would tipple over so be careful. But I love this and plan on getting a couple more. The shelves turn easy and installation was quick and easy.

I'm a bit torn on this review. It's not quite a 4 star item but 3 stars feels perhaps a bit low. So let call this a 3.8 for me. I was delighted that it arrived largely assembled. I am not really very handy and do not enjoy assembling things. So the fact that any amount of the assembly was done was a real gift. I also comes with it's own hardware, another win for me as I usually have to go to the hardware store anytime I want to hang stuff. I am happy with the overall size and smooth motion of the shelves. It looks good and seems to be good quality. I did struggle to get it installed largely because there were no instructions and while i can hang pictures and small stuff, I was a bit wary to hang something this size that was intended to hold a fair amount of weight. After a consultation with google and learning a few things I did manage to get it hung...I think correctly. The listing says that the shelves can each hold 20lbs. And this may be an accurate statement but it's not one I personally trust. My plants are mostly between 7 to 12lbs. When I put my 12lb plant baby on the lowest shelf it creaked a little and I got scared and swapped it out for a small succulent instead. So I suppose I question is overall functionality as far as weight limits go. Otherwise it functions as advertised. I do think based on competitor products that this one is perhaps not a great value. However, if you like this style, you're a little bit handy, and it's in your budget then this just might be the right product for you.

I really wanted this plant stand to work. The design is exactly what I had been hunting for: sleek, minimalist, modern. No additional ornamental or decorative embellishments (butterflies and hummingbirds as an example) like I see on so many other plant shelves. Just clean white metal, nice hefty weight, and the perfect size shelves to hold my collection of little houseplants. I pictured this mounted in my kids’ playroom window, bringing in some greenery while keeping everything safely out of reach from tiny hands. But wow, the install process was a journey! The shelves rotate, which is great in theory for adjusting to sunlight, but there’s no option to lock them into place at all. During installation, they kept swinging wildly and whacking me in the head while I tried to get it mounted. Not the relaxing home project I envisioned. And while the stand itself is solid metal, the paint was already flaking off in spots right out of the box. Plus, there were these weird sharp edges, especially around the rotating joints and under the shelves. I ended up with scratches and little cuts all over my hands just trying to get this thing put together. After way too much wrestling with it (and a few muttered words I won't repeat here), I gave up. I was so excited to add this to the playroom, but between the frustrating install and the injury risk, it just wasn't worth it. Back it goes.

For the price, I’m happy with my purchase. It’s well-made, attractive and moderately easy to install. I did struggle with two of the four wall anchors. I got down to about 1/4” left to tap in flush with the wall when the end just collapsed and wouldn’t go in any further. I was extremely gentle tapping them in to prevent that from happening, but they still got mangled. I ended up cutting off the mangled ones flush with the wall rather than trying to dig them out and start over. There were two extra anchors and I think one or two extra screws included in case you run into the same issue I did. Also, as I was screwing the platforms onto the arms, I could see the platforms were wobbling as they revolved. Fully screwed in, they are nice and tight, but I don’t think they’re exactly level. That’s not a big issue for me because there’s a rim on each platform and nothing looks as though it’s in danger of sliding off anyway.
