Step1. Spray
Start by spraying the window using the included spray systems filled with your favorite window cleaning solution for best dispersion.
Step2. Clean
Then loosen the dirt on the window with the microfiber cloth on the vacuum. Work the solution around the entire window pane.(The microfiber cloth is removable for easy cleaning.)
Step3. Vacuum
Place the scraper diagonally on the window and gently slide the rubber part against the surface of the window to remove stains.

Totally defective. Red charging light stayed on for 6 hours (did not turn green at all). Spray nozzle failed within 10 minutes of using. Followed recommendations to unclog nozzle (it never really worked long enough to clog) and no improvement. Wish it had worked. Am returning it. Still in the hunt for a good window cleaning system

I think this vacuum squeegee works well, but I did have to make some changes:1. For me, the water reservoir is too small so I ended up using a spray bottle instead.2. It didn’t clean heavy spots on the window…birds like to use our sunroom windows as target practice so I had to scrub some spots first with a cloth.3. I learned not to overlap the squeegee too much because it caused streaking and it worked better when I pressed down on the unit slightly when dragging it down (not too much pressure, though, as you might bend the rubber squeegee).4. I noticed the squeegee shifts at times…so I had to move it back so it was centered over the unit.5. I found it difficult to completely empty the dirty water tank.I think it does a better job than the old-fashioned way of cleaning windows but it’s not the perfect solution. I used this on our sunroom windows, which are floor to ceiling and there are 5 of them. I was able to clean these windows in a quarter of the time that it normally takes so that’s a plus, however, I noticed streaks the following morning.

Item turns on by itself while being unplugged and will not shut off until plugged back in. The bottom chamber leaks out dirty water.
