- The size of the screen mesh should be larger than the window when cutting the screen(about 2 inches)
- The spline can be stretched probably double the length or more. And when you install it, you can stretch it
- Gently stretch the screen before securing it, but don’t pull the screen too tightly, it might rip
- Never use the CONVEX wheel to push the retainer and FIBERGLASS screen into the groove on the frame, the wheel will cut the screen
- Do not use the roller to squeeze the window screen many times, it might cause damage to the screen
- The package includes a rolling tool.

Installation Instructions
Step 1. Measure the screen window frame size, and cut the size of the appropriate screen.
Step 2. You can first press one side of the screen into the groove with the roller.
Step 3. Press the Platen into the groove.
Step 4. Press into the remaining three sides of the screen.
Step 5. Set aside 2cm gauze net, minus excess gauze around.
Step 6. Installation complete.

Super easy to do! I was able to repair two horribly dry/ripped/crusty screens as I have cats and we are renting I didn’t want to pay to have them fixed and wait for the landlord so I chose to repair myself. had enough fabric left for a third screen if need be. I used a mini flat head screwdriver to remove the old spline which was still in decent enough shape to be re-used. I also had an exact-o knife from other projects and a pair of scissors. I found it easy to remove the screens, and replace the new screen material. I’d advise maybe using clips to hold the screen in place, I opted for duct tape and then decided to spline the screen and pull taunt as I did went with the spline roller tool, which worked easily enough. The hardest part was getting the frame back into the window.

I like that the material is quite moldable, not rigid, which helps to quickly disappear the small creases resulting from the fact that the product comes folded and not in roll form.Supposedly it is fiberglass, I have no way to verify this, what I can tell is that it feels weaker than my old metal mesh installed on my windows and doors.The Spline Roller is included, which is a good thing, but you will need to reuse the old splines from your windows or doors, as that is not included here, the other option is to buy it separately.

Excellent product! Easy to use tool made it easier to put the screen in. We have a standard size screen door glass on top screen on bottom and there was enough screen that if I need to replace the screen again I can!

I love that this is an all in one kit that actually includes the spline roller! This is perfect for the DIYer looking to replace window screens. The screening is thick, flexible, and seems like it will last for a long long time. For me, these fit my windows and look great, my pups haven't gotten through them yet, highly recommend!

The size that I purchased, was enough material to replace screen on a 30" high slider window and a regular sized sliding glass door screen. I'm a first-timer with replacing screen material so it took several tries to not get the screen material too tight. It was such a nice material that after pushing all the way in and pulling out several times, it didn't show any wear. The little tool that came with it worked very well and made it easy to install. Because the material wasn't ruined after all that, I would consider it a great value for the money. The material looks amazing and is a color that is easy to see through. One additional note, I have two cats who like to sit at the screen and stand up on it with claws when they see squirrels and birds. After having this installed for about three weeks and having the screen exposed, I'm impressed that they've not damaged it yet. Very happy with this material and I highly recommend.

I had never made a window screen before but this screen material made the process surprisingly easy. I used it to build a custom screen for an older window on a screen door and it turned out great! It was sturdy, flexible and easy to work with. The included spline roller tool helped me achieve a tight and professional looking fit. While the material feels a bit thin, it tightly woven, it is tear-resistant, and perfect for keeping bugs out. It matched my existing screens fairly well and I had enough left over to do more windows. It is not the thickest option, so maybe not ideal for homes with pets or small kids pushing on it, but it is high quality and a great solution for repairs or new screens.

This replacement screen material is better quality than I expected, especially at the price. Although it feels a bit thin, it's tightly woven and tear resistant. I particularly liked how flexible it is, which made it easier for me to install in my window screen frames. The grey color is a perfect match to my existing screens. The included spline roller is also better than expected - and better than the one I already own! Both wheels move smoothly and glide easily over my splines, and they don't wobble side to side, speeding up installing this screening into the window screen frames I used it on. I'm really pleased with this screening. It's working well doing a good job keeping the bugs out so far, and it's so nice being able to open up my windows again!
