- Function: This windshield crack repair can be used to repair glass repair quick fix for chips, cracks, star-shaped crack.
1. Clean the broken area. Align the hole of the bracket to the damaged area.
2. Rotate the pressure cylinder to the frame.
3. Put 4-6 drops of repair resin into the pressure cylinder.
4. Rotate the pressure bar to the pressure cylinder, and wait for 10-20 minutes to allow the repair resin slowly to the damaged area.
5. Remove the device. Apply a few drops of resin to the damaged area and cover with a cured film
6. Allow the resin to dry in full sunlight for 20-30 minutes or use a curing device for 5-15 minutes for rapid curing (remove air bubbles before curing).
7. Remove cured film. Use a paring knife to gently scrape off excess resin to level it out.
8. Perfect repair of car windshield.

- Remove cured film. Gently scrape off the excess resin with the shaver.
- Perfect repair of car windshield.

Several issues wrong with this that I've come across. First, the instructions are.... not great. They're clearly translated from another language, but not done super well, and this makes it a bit tougher to follow.Second, the suction cups from the UV light did not come attached, but there are holes for them to "pop" into. Except they don't fit. I had to unscrew the entire top of it, place the suction cups in the hole, and use some pliers to pull them through, then reattach the top. Now they work! Inconvenient but not a huge deal.Third, it comes with 4 bottles of resin, presumably for 4 repairs. 3 of the 4 bottles mine came with were already hardened and therefore unable to be used. I guess I got lucky and the 4th one worked. There was enough in there for 2 small repairs.Forth, and most disappointing, is the fact that it didn't completely fix the cracks! I had 2 cracks from 2 separate rocks. Using this product made one of the cracks extend about 1/2 inch longer- no big deal if the resin gets into it so it can clear it up, but it never did despite (presumably) following the directions properly. The second crack was really just a small divot. This helped that one a bit, but there's still some residual damage. The resin filled both divots fairly well, but did not get into the cracks as stated it should.Overall pretty disappointed in a very highly rated product. Makes you wonder if I got a bad batch, or if these reviews are not as forthcoming as you would hope.

I finally decided to get one of these windshield repair kits after chipping my windshield, right in the middle of my driving view. Took my car to a repair shop that claimed they could fix it, but they basically just filled it in and said it would prevent cracks from growing. Not worth the money in my opinion!Anyway, this kit was super easy to use. I cleaned the area around the chip, put the little tool on the windshield, and squeezed in some resin. The instructions were clear and it only took a few minutes. After letting it sit in the sun for a while, the chip is barely even noticeable anymore - way better than that professional" repair!

This product can give a temporary fix of your windshield glass where chipped or cracked but beware. I’m using this product as directed on a small chip in my windshield, the chip grew two small cracks during application with the rubber tipped suction cup applicator. I used resin droplets directly after to two other chip locations without pressure which did show some improvement but I was unable to repair the new cracks that formed from the first chip location. When applying the resin. Be very mindful of pressure used or your existing damage may worsen.

Excellent product; nicely made and has a thin wall on it. Worked great on our 1.2TSI Fabia which has a small opening for the spark plugs. The magnetic feature also helped when replacing plugs as it holds them in the tool until you can screw them in.Very happy with my purchase
