Please Note:
Never let Washer pump run dry as this causes failure, also put more Windscreen washer fluid than is recommended as it is less likely to freeze. Do not put freeze into washer bottle. Always put Windscreen fluid in first then top up with Water.

The gasket/rubber seal does not fit correctly on the pump or on the fluid container. This was the only issue that I had to fix with my own handiwork.

Tried replacing the stock pump with this one on my 2006 Matrix, but I found that the rubber gasket that comes with the pump did not effectively seal around the opening at the bottom of the reservoir. As soon as I put fluid into the reservoir it began to slowly drip out the bottom where the gasket and pump are supposed to seal it off. I tried using the original gasket instead, which sat nicely in the reservoir opening but didn't properly seal around the pump itself. It seems there would be no issue if the pump intake/gasket would be a smidge wider. Other than that the install went smoothly

Works fine. Be careful when connecting the electrical. The blades inside the connecter bent which fooled me. I thought it was a defect. Then I straightened out the blades and reattached. Works perfect.

This was a perfect fit in my fiancé’s 2003 Toyota Matrix. I replaced the rear pump, but this should work for either. Great price and feels like good quality.
