Yes it is noisy, but I like that, so I know it's working. Good fit with no drilling necessary.

You will have to drill out two holes on the new motors housing; they are slightly too small to accept the original mounting screws. You must run the power wire correctly, or it will not be long enough to reach the plug on the motor. Aside from that, easy install, took 30 minutes and works like original.
