I don't think this is very good for transferring uncleared product. Any kind of yeast cake at the bottom and this would just be good at stirring it in. What it really works good for is bottling. I usually make a mess with bottling wands, they usually get stuck on. With this it's just stick the hose in the bottle, push the button, then repeat with the next bottle.

This works exactly how I had expected it to. When I first received it, I was skeptical because the hose was pinched in several places due to folding it for shipping. However, after leaving it in rolled for a little while, it bounced back to ~ 90% of normal. After soaking it in hot water for a few minutes, it was perfect!
