This is a lovely black fake fur hand muff. It’s soft and cosy with a useful zipped pocket to keep a few smaller items in. I ordered this for my Mum who suffers from Raynauds and so has poor circulation in her hands and fingers. She loves it as she can just slip her hands in as and when she needs to and she keeps her tissues and spare hearing aid batteries in the pocket. As she sits in a wheelchair most of the time she finds wearing the neck cord helpful as it prevents the muff falling onto the floor where she can’t reach it.The muff is well made and looks smart, it would be lovely to wear for an evening out in cold weather and would make a nice Christmas gift too.

I got the grey which I thought was a dark grey from the photos. It's not!! See my photos - its a very pale grey, almost silver. Not what I wanted!However, it is very soft, the fake fur is good quality and the lining is a thick black fleece.There is a zipped opening for cards, cash, keys along the seam.There is a black cord for putting around your neck. This could be nicer quality to get an extra star.For warmth and overall quality, it's 4 stars. The reason I am removing 2 stars is mainly because I wanted this in the dark grey pictured, otherwise I would have ordered the black! I'm upset about this.And because the cord could be smarter although this doesn't really show much.Hope that helps!
