The kit has all of the pieces stated to decorate a hat, glittery card stock in multiple colors, artificial flowers, gold butterflies, letters, and glue. I was disappointed, however, that the paper was 12x12" stock and not pre-cut to the right size for a graduation cap, nor did it have a circle cut out in the center where the tassel is attached. Luckily I have a paper cutter to neatly trim down the cardstock to the correct size, but that is an additional step that wasn't required by sets I purchased in previous years.

Such a beautiful kit! I used my own blue butterflies and pearls, but everything in the kit was nice! Just wish there was a bit more small flowers and an extra sheet of the metallic letters.
