This toilet is taller than a comfort height you can by at Home Depot or Lowes. This is our second Winzo tall toilet we have purchased because it is so helpful for tall individuals that have knee problems. No need for grab bars to assist getting up with this toilet. We are sold on this particular toilet. Easy to install and has never failed us. Great job Winzo.

The seal between the toilet and tank didn't fit properly, so the toilet leaked constantly. We had to continually turn the water valve off and on. We complained to the supplier. They sent new instructions, which didn't help. Then they sent a new tank and seal. Now it is just fine. I love having a tall toilet with my long legs.

We have had this for a month and it has gotten clogged 5x so far to the point that we have had to call a plumber. And we don't flush anything but what's supposed to be flushed. The last plumber said that there isn't a lot of suction to help things go down. So you are better off getting a seat riser and a regular toilet rather than spending $500 on this one. I reached out to the company in case it's adefective and will update accordingly but do not recommend

It came packaged well. I honestly was afraid that it would be damaged due to shipping. I love that it is so tall! Works well for my senior father that is 6’ 4”.

This toilet is a great height for seniors. However, it was missing a part to install the toilet seat. In addition, the flap inside the tank which stops the water from continually running, always gets stuck open.I tried to send a reply to your question, but it wouldn't send. The missing part to the toilet seat is the rectangle piece. There was supposed to be two in the package. I only received one with the seat.Note: the seller addressed the problems with this toilet in a timely manner. They replaced the seat with updated attachments, changing from plastic fittings to metal. Much better quality. In addition it would be great if the directions were clear on where to place the flushing mechanism inside the tank. The plumber placed it to close to the back wall and the flap continually got stuck, so the water continued to run in the tank.The only downside was that it cost be an additional $100.00 to pay the plumber to return and make the repairs. With all said and done, I'm pleased with this toilet.
