I was experiencing intermittent outages with my Ring Pro Doorbell. The doorbell health report would usually show power was good but sometimes when I would check the app for a picture / video from the doorbell camera, I'd get a "offline" message. Another big problem was my mechanical doorbell would never ring. In an attempt to resolve the problem, I replaced the Ring Pro Doorbell with a new one and after a while, same issues. Finally replaced the transformer with this Heath Zenith ZL-130-03 and now, after multiple months, there have been no further issues what-so-ever - camera picture consistently available and mechanical doorbell always rings as expected.

The transformer works great with the Unifi G4 Doorbell, no noise and overheating issues. It is made and sold by a reputable company, unlike all the no-name transformers available on Amazon. Replacing an existing transformer with this one was a breeze.

Bought to replace another transformer. It only lasted about a day. All I ran on it is Vivint's basic camera doorbell. It's warm and I can hear it running but I suspect that it isn't putting out enough volts. I swapped in a portable transformer and the doorbell booted up. This unit is trash and not durable enough to intermittently a little 12v device for 24 hours.
