Packaged & Shipped well and delivered quickly. It comes in a nice sleek box and inside, the unit is cradled in its own very nice designed plush foam pad. Underneath is the Type-C charging cable (witch I LOVE That is type C.) I chose the wireless design, and they also included the wired 1/4 inhookup If I wanted the option.So for my critique of the unit, I love the sleep black design the best out of the three they offer. It did come 80% charged already and I only had to charge both of the units for 20 minutes apiece till they both were 100%. The transmitter and receiver were already paired, out of the box. And installation in my accused guitar is pretty eas. If you already have your strings on your guitar it might be a tiny bit more challenging to install just so you don't drop the pickup inside of The body of your guitar. Depending on the size of your sound hole it mounts in a different spots. As you see mine Is a tad closer to the neck but still fit very nicely Not to mention snug (so no worries about it moving.) The wireless pickup comes with regular & body mic volume rotary knobs on each side. EQ is bass and treble and also has mic tone adjustments. The type C charging port, on/off, phase for feedback & match for pairing the receiver and transmitter. Pickup and body mic picks up and performs well. Since I Have the quarter inch receiver plugged into my foot pedal on stage, There is no latency or drop in sound. The video I have posted is with sound off and on both on regular volume and body mic volume. And All EQ on pickup have not been adjusted they came in factory. Also NOTE video is just with a 10watt amp just for sound test. I can't wait to run it through our powerful church speakers... This vintage jombo dreadnaught is going to sound AMAZING with this wireless pickup. So for anyone who is wondering.... YES, it's worth the price. If you've been wanting to have the best of both worlds acoustic and electric, and not want to spend a lot of $$$ on pickups not to mention cost to modify the instrument..... This is the best option for the $$$ and time. INSTALL, PLUG IN & PLAY. So I don't have any cons for this product. I'm very satisfied and I would purchase again 💯The only thing bad I'm going to say and warn people about is, when ordering, make sure you add extra delivery comment... For Amazon driveer to leave it exactly where you want it at your door. My Amazon delivery person didn't even walk up to my door let alone knock.....they just left My package where anyone walking down the road could just walk up grab it and walk away. ( my house is right at a main thorough Fair Street. So AMAZON delivery person SUCKS at THEIR JOB for lack of appreciation of other people's purchases.

This X2 Pro pickup is one of the funnest guitar accessories I purchased in a long time. If you play a flat top acoustic guitar and you love to just sit around and noodle, this is a must-have. I've heard other people say they can't put it down, but I really can't put it down.The company admits that the internal microphone has a limited quality, but at this price point, it sounds like Carnegie Hall to me. All the effects that are available with the app are astounding. And because of the colored lights that glow during its operation when I brought it to an open mic it started to be calling me Mr psychedelic.Just as an experiment at performed in a small Club and put a microphone in front of the guitar rather than plug it in. It has a very unique sound. We would in no way mistake it for a Neumann or even a Sennheiser, but seriously this thing's got its own style. Kind win of thin and weird at first, but after a few minutes it just felt like part of the characteristic of the instrument. I'm currently using it on a Martin D 35.I found the company very attentive once they realize i had an issue. If you purchase it from the states, you may have to be a little patient with the email process on the other side of the planet for them to get back to you, but once they had my issue in their queue they solved it right away. Pretty amazing actually I don't know if they made video specific for me but they sent me a video with somebody speaking in English not AI describing the solution to my problem with a pick up laying on the table.I found I was dealing directly with the developers and engineers.. I was comfortable that I wasn't trying to get information and satisfaction from some giant corporate machine. Honestly I thought I was going to have to eat the whole thing. Didn't hear from them in a few days I thought oh well I just won't be able to use it with the Wireless feature it still works great, but I really wanted to Wireless feature back. I sent them a video of how I was using the device, and they sent me that solution video back next day. And yes it was absolutely user error. When I asked him what the error was, they took the time to reply and explain what I might have done to cause the problem. Why can't more overseas companies behave this way? Perhaps they do, but I personally haven't experienced it to a large degree. I would definitely purchase products from these guys again.

Finally got a chance to gig with my '78 Ovation. Pickup sounded amazing through PA. Pretty easy install and easy to use. Highly recommend, especially for the price!

I have to confess that I didn't hold high expectations for this pickup, but I was very pleasantly surprised. This is a well-designed and well-constructed unit! I compared the sound of it with a few magnetic soundhole pickups I have lying around and it held up well in comparison. The combination of magnetic pickup and condenser mic works well. The fact that you can easily control the balance between these two sounds is a plus. I slapped this on a Martin D-28 and the end result is exactly what I had hoped for: it still sounds like a Martin D-28!The controls are useful, effective and easily accessed. The unit installs easily and securely in a few seconds. As far as I can see, the only downside is you have to regularly charge both the pickup and the receiver. However, I haven't found this to be a problem because, after a practice session, I just leave the guitar in the stand and plug in the recharger for a half hour or so. As far as I tell, it takes about 20 minutes to recharge fully after a 60-90 minute session. I don't have a sense yet of how many hours you would get out of a single charge, but you should certainly be able to get a whole night out of it. (If I was gigging with it, I'd probably buy a second one and bring it along as a backup.)If you intend to leave set up on the guitar more or less permanently, the manual cautions you to install the end pin 1/8" jack. However, I'm not going to do this because the purely wireless setup works just fine for me.For the money, I think this is an exceptional value. To the manufacturer, I say well done and thanks!

Très surpris de la qualité de ce produit. Appairage facile entre l'émetteur micro et le récepteur.A voir sur scène s'il n'y a pas d'interferences et l'éloignement accepté entre les deux. On essaiera egalement la durée d'utilisation (à priori je n'ai pas trouvé de chapitre qui en parle sur le mode d'emploi). Prions pour que ça ne se coupe pas en milieu de concert !!!
