I had to return it, the buttons from the dog collar were cover by a sticker that came off when I took it out of the box, no very waterproff.

This is much too inconsistent, it works sometimes and doesn’t work other times. Then it will correct while they’re in the proper zone or it will let them run 200 feet past the proper zone before it cracks. We live out in the country in our road isn’t super busy, but this is too inconsistent for me to feel safe using it with my dogs. I am returning and buying something nicer.

This was too inconsistent for me to feel confident that my dogs were safe with this. It would be fine one minute, then all of a sudden correct them even when safely within the borders. We live on a busy city street, and lots of people walk by with their dogs on the sidewalk. The sidewalk is outside of the border, but they would run right out to the sidewalk, jumping on people and their dogs, and eventually the correction would go off, but not without some chaos first. This isn’t going to work for us. I am going to pay the higher price and go with something that works better.

This is my second purchase of a wireless fence system. The first through a different company. This company has terrific customer service. I received a response the same day. I was provided with great instructions as to what I was doing wrong. The support I received is reassuring to me, because the first company would not respond to any form of communication. So frustrating, soI'm grateful that I chose this particular system. The thing that is most important is the ease of use. The instructions are clear and precise. The system works!! It works as it is indicated. The ease of knowing which dog is selected and the frequency of each setting are also important. It can hurt an animal if not done properly. With this system, I can train or let roam with confidence. The system allows for the correction of the pet without harm. I truly believe that this was the best decision. The price is worth the security, not to mention the long life of the battery, both on the transmitter and receiver. The collars were already paired when I received them, proving that this company has given thought to making it simple. I promise you can't go wrong with this purchase.

This wireless fence is a game-changer! My dog, a Jack Russell, loves to explore, and I was worried about him wandering off. The 2.4G signal is rock-solid, covering every inch of the yard. The LCD display is easy to use, and it’s nice to have the ability to check everything from battery life to signal strength.
