1.Unable to Charge the Earbuds?
(1) Please clean the charging contacts of the earbuds and charging case
(2) Make sure the headphones are placed correctly in the charging case.
2.Can it be use in the shower?
No, You can use it while exercising, but do not use it while swimming or bathing.
3.Low volume
Click the volume + button to increase the volume.
4.Poor noise cancelling?
Earbuds have (ENC) call noise reduction function, but do not have active ambient noise reduction function (ANC). Please choose a suitable earplug
5.Poor sound quality?
Replace the appropriate eartips to ensure airtightness.
6.Only one earbuds can be use?
(1) Put 2 earbuds in the charging case for charge.
(2) Delete the previous bluetooth pairing information on the phone. (3) Take out 2 earbuds and pair it with phone again.

When I pug it in to charge it, the number decreases. After bwing plugged in for 45 mins, it went from 90% to 61% and stayed at 61%.

These sound great! I don't like over paying for items like this. They pair quickly with my devices without any issues. I wish there was an app to adjust the sound settings,but that's OK. It does have a little kick to the bass, but I'm not really big on heavy bass, so it's perfect for me. You get more than what you pay for.

These are some good head phones in my opinion I paired them to my galaxy flip phone & it sounds amazing. I wear them in a warehouse situation working 12 hour shift & 1 head phone I use at one time. Anyways I use the right side earbud during my shift just to test the battery life & one earbud lasted 10hours it was unbelievable. I love these headphones. My galaxy earbuds only last 6hours & these last 20hours if you use them 1 by 1 like I do...Again Amazing

Los veo muy modernos de aspecto, son cómodos como norma general pero en concreto estos tienen el agarre para cuando salgo a correr que no se me caiga y evitar pisarlo que es lo que siempre me pasa. Me escuchan claramente en conversaciones y se escucha de lujo. Lo compre para iphone y me conectò a la primera y de calidad HD.

Suelo comprar este tipo de casco por la sujeción que me garantiza respecto a otros. Normalmente los he comprado para el gimnasio ya que a la hora de correr en la cinta no se me caen. En este caso los he comprado para el ordenador y me he llevado una grata sorpresa ya que tienen una calidad de sonido increíble. El sonido suena muy limpio y con una potencia de sobra. Otra de las cosas que me ha gustado es la caja para guardarlo ya que tiene batería interna, la cual en el momento que sueltas los cascos al finalizar la tarea automáticamente se empiezan a cargar solos, con lo cual siempre los tienes al 100%. El cable de carga es tipo C.

Para el precio que tiene son de muy muy muy buena calidad, se oyen muy bien tanto música como cuando te llaman, se escucha perfecto y a ti también te escuchan sin Cortes ni ruidos, que en otros auriculares es imposible hablar. El botón que lleva funciona muy bien y son comodísimo para hacer deporte y tienen una autonomía larga.
