Although your after sales customer service was excellent, the product could use some upgrading. The headpiece is too long for my small head and could be shortened to adjust to smaller heads as it overlaps onto my glasses causing discomfort behind my ears.

I’ve been using this wireless headset for about a week now, mainly for work calls and virtual meetings, and I’m really impressed so far. The design feels sleek and professional, and the build quality is surprisingly solid for the price. The audio is clear on both ends. I can hear others well, and they say I sound great too. The noise canceling works well enough for a home office setup, and I appreciate the mic mute button for quick toggling during calls. The charging dock is super convenient, and the battery life is more than enough for full workdays. Definitely a solid choice if you’re looking for a reliable, comfortable headset for work.

I used the headset for a while before writing this review because I wanted to test it with a bunch of things. I had no problems pairing it with my iPhone. To pair, you just have to make sure you press and hold the little toggle because the pairing toggle is shared between the on/ off function. But it's pretty self-explanatory. I was able to use it on either side of my head. The mic can be rotated tocthe front depending on which ear the head phone part is placed and the rotation is going upwards and downwards. The mic also has noise canceling, which is great as it helps mute down the noise. There's also a mute button for when you need to quickly mute your mic located on top of the earpiece. The band has memory foam, and so does the little notch that helps hold it on your head. The earpiece also has memory foam, and it's pretty comfortable even with my big head. There are no adjustments to size it up or down. There is only one ear piece, so it's more for calls than listening to music. But if you do want to listen to music, it does sound quite decent. It also has controls to help you skip forward/rewind. These are also located on top of the ear cup. The play/pause button is on the side of the earpiece. The build is lightweight, and it feels pretty solid. The ear cup is also rotatable around 180 degrees. The mic is rotatable around 270 degrees, upward. This also comes with a Bluetooth receiver, so you can still use it if your PC doesn't have built-in Bluetooth functionality. All you need is a spare usb port. You can also charge its battery two ways, with either a usb-C cord or by using the stand that comes with it. The stand has two metal terminals that connect to the base of the earpiece, guided by some plastic notch. Tbh, the stand is pretty unnecessary because you can just hang the headset, but at least the stand is aesthetic and pretty, so if you have the space, you can put it on display, overall, it's a nice addition. I used it for around 40-ish hours before needing to charge it. I was using it around 50% volume. It also came with a usb-C cord. It didn't come with a charging brick. I used it predominantly on Zoom, FaceTime, Discord, and on phone calls. For the most part, the people I was talking to said they could hear me loud and clear. And it was also pretty clear on my end. There was one instance where the person I talked to said I sounded kind of distorted, but to be fair, I was inside a parking garage. Overall experience is pretty great on this headset.

Wireless Headset with Mic for Work, Bluetooth HeadsetThis is a well-made headset, and it is comfortable on the ear and your head. It was very easy to connect to my phone and laptop. The sound quality is good on the receiving end, clear and good volume and the people could always hear me well. The price is not bad at all for the comfort level and how easy it is to set up and use.I can't give it a better rating because the sound quality has a mechanical or metallic noise that follows the persons words. I tried several different things to make it stop and when the other person was on speaker was the only thing that made it far less noticeable. It is not so bad that you can't get used to it and some people might not hear it at all. In fairness I'm told I have great hearing, and people can't get away with anything around me and my hearing tests agree. I do also have a small head (child size), and it did not get small enough.Overall: It is a very nice headset, and I would take the chance with it because they have an excellent one year warranty. Even with the sound problems I experienced, I continued to use the headset with no other problems.

In a nutshell:Things I liked:+ Really like the charging dock - a place reserved for it on the desk so I know the headset is always ready and charged.+ Great to have two different connection methods.+ Speaker quality is perfectly acceptable for voice calls, Mic quality just as good.+ Comfortable headset for long periods.Things I didn't like:- Speaker quality isn't as good for consuming media.Do I recommend it?Yes, if you need a headset primarily for voice calls, this is great. If you need it for music/video as well, it's just OK.

I ordered this item to use for work calls while at home.The overall look is quite bland, the taupe is lacklustre however this has little impact on the use of the product.The headset is fairly comfortable. I wouldn't want to wear it for a long time, but for the occasional calls it is comfortable and you can manipulate it in various ways. I like how you can wear the main earpiece over either ear as the mic moves to accommodate.At first I struggled with connecting to bluetooth on my work laptop, but after watching the supplied video I noticed that you had to hold the pair button for a couple seconds before releasing and after I did that it worked perfectly.The two times i connected via bluetooth the sound was on very high so I would advise turning the headset on while not wearing at first. That being said the sound was very clear on a client call and I experienced no crackling or disconnect.The mute button on the side is also very handy and to ensure it is on you can check the mic which has a red light to show it is active. I tested this on a voice recorder and it worked perfectly. You need to press the button to mute, moving the mic will not do this.I would also test the mic before you use as I noticed in certain positions my voice was higher. Having it in the down position seemed to work the best for me so I was not shouting down the phone.My main negative is that it says noise cancelling, however, through tests this didn't seem to be the case. The mic was picking up on external sounds albiet at a lesser volume. You could also hear the mic moving position which was similar to a scraping sound.

This has replaced a cabled headset I use for Teams calls. I had used a wireless one before and been disappointed with sound quality. This thought is excellent. I connect via Bluetooth and it is perfectly clear. You can’t tell it is not wired. A tip is to turn the volume down on the headset when it arrives as it’s turned up high and sounded distorted when you then have it low on your laptop. Once turned down it is really clear. I have had no issues with the microphone. It can be worn on either side of the head. The war padding is nice. The great thing is I can sit in a call for over an hour and it dies not feel hot or sweaty. The charge unit is good. Not too big, again a big improvement over my previous wireless. Make sure you line up the charge points but ice you’ve done it a few times it’s fine. It shows you when charging - red light- and then blue when fully charged. Overall - this is really good!

Used for some online sessions and the mic and speakers were all okay. I connected via blue tooth and it worked fine. There is alsoa wireless usb receiver that comes with it that can be used instead of blue tooth. The ear pads are very comfortable and feels almost like skin and not cold when wearing.
