We needed to expand our in ear monitors at my church. I have been completely satisfied with this set. The stage is about 150 feet from the sound booth and we don't have any issues with drops or static. I haven't really used the earphones that came with the unit as I already had my own, so I can't speak as to how they sound. I do like the fact that this unit has combo input jacks. I am able to go xlr out from the mixer to the transmitter where my other unit is 1/4" phono only. I'm glad I took a chance on this unit.
