It's having trouble with windows 11 the download on the website won't work for the set up. I downloaded the app and it worked but for me to use it I would have to send the paper from my computer to my phone so the ease of use and complicated set up makes it kinda useless for why I bought it hope they have a useful update soon

This is a very handy and portable printer for travel. It was easy to set up. It does require specific paper which I wasn’t aware of until I got it. Not a big deal but I had to order thermal paper to use it. The print quality is fine and I am very happy with it.

This portable printer is well made and easy to set up. The printer comes with a nice travel case and is a stand alone workhorse. After you remove it from its case you go to the app store download the printer app which will help bluetooth the printer to your phone and you are ready to go. The printer comes with a few sheets of thermal paper that is only printable on one side. Once you load the paper into the printer it will grab it. I had to try a couple of times to make sure that I put the paper in evenly. Printing text came out very nice in clear the issue came in printing high resolution pictures. Printing high resolution pictures was not what I expected and the images came out very pixelated. When I printed lower resolution images of the web the images were fine. Printing with this printer is fast but I wish I could use regular paper on it. I also tried printing basic graphic images and not photos and they came out fine. Portable & compact. Easy to use. Great for traveling and comes with a case! Connects easily to my laptop. Love that it’s inkless! Prints great with thermal paper. I only gave 4 stars because it’s a little pricey.

Excellent portability without any ink to replace or refill. It has rechargeable batteries. So I connected my phone and printed on the living room floor. It was very easy to setup. I download the Android app. Did take some time to find a simple document to print. But after that, it took no time. The print quality was not so great (pic). But it is similar to the old fax machine printing. In fact, the provided thermal paper is sheets but the app had options to select individual, continuous/roll paper.Then I hooked it up to the pc using the USB cable. Downloaded and installed the drivers. On PC, printing is a bit easier. This time I printed graphics (pic). The quality was fine since I was expecting it to be like fax now.More about the printer/product. Instruction booklet was informative. The phone App was easy to locate and install. The UI was ok. The app connects quickly over bluetooth. The printing (once you find the doc) is trouble-free. Same with the wired pc connection. The website was little busy but driver install was straightforward. Document printing was easy.The printer comes in a nice case with carry handle. Looks professional. There is a small pocket inside for the wire and instruction booklet storage. The unit comes half charged and ready for use. The unit charges with USB-C charger. The unit is very lightweight. I really like that you can use this thermal printer in the car or while on the road (kids seem to forget to print that "form to sign" or some assignment). I had a scanner that was of similar size, same low profile. There is no ink to leak due to thermal printing but it does require thermal paper. It comes with a few starter sheets. The sheets might be 10-15 cents but it offsets the ink refills. Though there are small printers that take a ribbon, this one is thermal only.This is also great for folks who only print occasionally or to have one in a dorm for emergencies. It takes up little to no space. Uses a universal USB-C for charge or PC connectivity. While it is expensive, it offsets other consumables/purchases. We were happy to get this for multiple uses. This one in particular will be normally kept in a dorm room as it saves much needed space.
