Used these resistors to complete a Z95 suspension conversion on a 2010 Escalade. Worked great but need a wider mounting pad. All considered, a great resistor.

I bought two of these to use in a controlled discharge for a LiFePO4 12.8 vdc battery. Each resistor dissipated 65.5 watts. The ambient air temperature was below 70° F.These resistors got so hot the solder melted and the seals on the cap ends disintegrated. I had to use a fan to cool them enough to finish the discharge.
