I got this product for free, the following is my honest and unbiased review.This adapter allows you to connect your aftermarket stereo wiring harness to it, then just plug this adapter into your vehicle's factory wiring connectors. No need to cut and splice into your vehicle's wiring harness, plus when you sell your vehicle, you can easily remove and keep your aftermarket stereo and put your original OEM stereo back into place with minimum hassle. The adapter seems to be nicely made, and the kit includes butt crimp connectors.This adapter adheres to the "standard" aftermarket wiring harness color convention (see reference picture), although they don't tell you what the colors mean. But even if they did, it's best to verify the wiring on your specific vehicle.This adapter kit also comes with an adapter for the antenna, although not all cars require it. If your car DOES require it, I've read that you should also connect the blue wire to the amp/power antenna wire, otherwise your radio reception will be weak.This kit is a bit pricier than others, but it has the antenna adapter (that you may not need). Shop around.

easy to wire stereo plugs outside of car, so its easy to solder connections and have everything ready for a true plug and play install. Fits the factory plugs and is well marked and labeled.
