I bought this to measure oil since I buy my oil in 5QT jugs and most cars take 5.5 or 6qts or other off numbers. The hose being flexible is nice, BUT it also holds oil so that is something to keep in mind. I also lost the lid (My fault here) but overall it does the trick though I am looking for something different since the fill hole is so close to the pour spout.

Item is good quality and quite sturdy. Haven't had a chance to use it yet as oil change isn't due til May. Looks like it will work for what I want it for though.

As a mechanic at a sort center we have to take 140 weight oil to a gear box to change it.You drain in a bucket and have to refill 1 to 3 quarts of oil. The markings show how muchis in the can and a rope to get there wont spill any. The days of the old metal open can withthe galvanized spout that drips oil like the old days is over. Less need to clean the gear boxagain due to the mess you made. Every time climbing the ladder to get supplies and orgrease guns and other needed items take a toll. Efficiency is the key here.

Great thing. One thing is that for the price it could at least have the scales painted. But as a measuring can it is great. It is probably $1 to make, and it is not a disruptive tech, so it should not cost that much. But it is still worth it.

I’m thinking it’s worthy of 5 stars but the first order was lost by the courier, obviously not a product issue, but the replacement arrived without the flexible spout making it useless to me. It’s on the way back to Amazon HQ. I’m going to go for a third try hoping for the best.
