I did not realize at the time the product included 2 black and 1 of each color and the cartridges are refurbished. You pull the tab and ink sprays all over and down the side. I did receive a credit back from the provider to use via Amazon. I was surprised and thankful that they stepped up and made things right!

The colors were terrible. The ink plugged up my jets on the printer. I could not repair it and had to buy a new printer.I am writing a revision to my initial review of the ink that I purchased. I’m not a printer technician, so whether it was the ink on my printer it could have been either. What I will say, is that the customer service from the company is excellent and they responded to my problem and tried to help. Therefore, I am changing my rating to 4 stars.

I had a nice Canon printer. Now I have to buy a new printer. The ink colors were terrible. The cartridges seemed a little different than the ones I took out. Now I cannot remove the cartridges to replace them. I had replaced the yellow and Cyan cartridges which are on each side of the black. Went to replace the Canon cartridge but it is locked in by the Yellow and Cyan cartridges. Tried to save a few bucks and now I have to get a new printer/ scanner.

Just replaced the first set of these cartridges. We only print casually. No pictures. No business use. No schoolwork. Most of what we print gets thrown out soon afterward. So for us these work great. Can’t say how 5hey would perform under a more stressful situation.

The ink is good and well priced. Not this is NOT OEM ink. Also remember to PULL THE TAB on top of the in cartridge before installing or the cartidge will not work well.
